How it works

An individual QR code is attached to your label or sign in all rooms.
By activating it with your smartphone, your company's contact details and layout specifications are automatically transferred to the QR code.
In the next step, additional room-specific data (room or order number), images or documents can be added.
The customer scans the QR code on your label with their smartphone without an additional app or registration and gains access to the data, contact information and documents.
Messages, reports and images can be easily exchanged via the digital pin board. Data protection is 100% guaranteed at all times.

Data formats

Various Data formats can be integrated:

Text blocks: Short descriptions, series, lot or article numbers, order number or project information. Tips and tricks.
Documents: PDF, Word or Excel files. Operating and care instructions, instructions, cleaning plans, etc.
Images: Room images or photos of table arrangements and furnishings. Images make it easier to understand and clear up misunderstandings.
Videos: Videos for applications, explanations or tips. Alternatively, films can also be integrated directly from YouTube.
Audio files: Recorded audio files support communication.
